"Buying our first new home was by far the largest expense we had ever endured. When we heard about Junicon Homes we inquired about purchasing from them. Claude was good enough to meet us on a Saturday at the lot that we wanted to purchase, and gave us all the facts regarding buying from Junicon. "It has been almost 2 years since we moved into our lovely home that you custom built for us. You really did a great job putting our home together. The fact that we only had one minor crack in our drywall from the house settling give credence to the solid foundation the house was built on. And no nail pops. When we moved in, our appliance installer commented on the many structural amenities in the home, which made his job (and our life) easier, many of which were often overlooked or slighted by other builders. He noted the kitchen counter top/cabinet bracing when installing our dishwasher and the size, length and proximity of the gas pipe when installing our restaurant grade gas range. After move-in, contractor appointments were stress free. They were punctual and always left a clean work area when the job was completed. But first and foremost, thank you for delivering our home on time - we were never 'homeless'. It takes awhile to appreciate what a quality builder you are. The quality still shows. The carpets are still as lush and the hardwood as beautiful as the day we moved in, as is the rest of our beautiful home. Thank you."
